Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges;
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at slsales@calciumactive.com and send your item to No. 01A, Deniya Road, Suwarapola, Piliyandala.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
• Swimsuits
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our
error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please send the items in their original packaging, please obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning items for your piece of mind. Any items you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Please note, all returned items need to be returned in pristine condition with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns or offer an exchange on swimsuits.
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team where they will help you resolve this on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Please allow 7-15 days for transportation for your items to arrive back into our returns warehouse. Once received you will be notified by email as your goods enter our quality inspection process. Please allow a further 7-10 days for the funds to be refunded back to the original payment method used.
